The RFU’s "Try Love Rugby" programme has had a fantastic impact at East Dorset Dockers, welcoming 15 new girls to the club over a four-week period. The programme is designed to introduce girls to rugby in a fun, non-contact, girls-only environment, focusing on enjoyment, confidence, and inclusion rather than competition.

Fourteen-year-old Owen has been part of East Dorset Dockers RFC since he was a young boy. This season, he’s found a new home with the club’s U15s team, who have welcomed him with open arms
