WHERE: Iford Lane recreational park, BH6 5NF

WHEN: Every Sunday morning - 9:30am Diddy Dockers / 10:15am all other age groups

 

Come and be part of building your local rugby club. Our mission is to provide barrier free rugby for all our local children. Kid’s rugby at EDD RFC = FUN, where social and personality skills are developed by learning to play our wonderful sport.

COACHES:  All volunteer coaches are qualified, have been DBS checked, and are part of the clubs on-going coaching development programme.

AGE GROUPS:       This season is season 1.  We don’t have (yet) the number of coaches and volunteers to accommodate all age groups.  We can confirm –

 

                                Diddy Dockers                     Age Group 3-5 years old                     Boys & Girls                          non-contact fun with emphasis on introducing ruby and making friends

 

                                U6’s – U8’s                            School Year 1 - 3                                  Boys & Girls                          non-contact with tag rugby and further development of skills and fitness

 

                                U9’s                                        School Year 4                                        Boys & Girls                          Contact starts! Massive emphasis on correct tackle technique…and off we go

 

Please use our register of interest form to let us know your child is coming along.  EDD RFC will gather numbers within age groups and get in contact.  It may well be that older age groups will be established as the season progresses.
